I am so glad you are here.
After my 2 C-sections my appreciation and awe of the female body has exponentially increased.
We are so hardcore, man.
Our bodies are beautiful, what we get to do is beautiful and I want to celebrate you, your season & your body through helping you move better, be strong AND pain free as you wonderfully transition into your new role as Mama Bear. I have combined my knowledge of my Biokinetics degree and my experience of being a mom & started this movement, for you. The programs I have written are designed with a lot of love, intentionality and are birthed (see what I did there) from first hand experience as I used my pregnancies and recovery as trial runs for the programs.
So many women have a desire to stay active & be strong during pregnancy but are overwhelmed with the amount of information on the internet & the pressure to live up to a certain level of fitness which seems unattainable so they either freeze & do nothing or they end up hurting themselves.
